Meet Karen
Karen Rose Olsen is a sole business owner of Karen Rose Remedial Massage/Free Yourself.
Having being in business for 20 years with a strong success rating helping clients with Remedies within Remedial Massage, myofascial specialist in soft tissue, skill and anatomy knowledge we have achieved to optimize our client’s well-being and health, while working with other practitioners such as Dr’s, physiotherapist, chiropractors, yoga, pilates, psychologists, counselling and Ayurvedic practices.
Karen’s passion in wellness and sharing lifestyle changes to others and moving from 1:1 clientelle led to a dream of community being important for the well- being of others, a place to gather many modalities such as Yoga, Pilates, Massage, Ayurvedic Medicine, Meditation/sound healing, children’s workshop, pop up coffee house. Under this umbrella “nourish” mind, body, soul was born, here we practice strong ethics in honoring the earth, nature and its surrounds and also YOU – where you are at on your wellness journey. All practitioners are certified within their own practices at the centre.
Our approach to wellness is with a holistic natural medicine approach meaning all aspects of you, Mind, Body, Soul/Spirit, working together with Western Medicine to optimize your own bodies healing capacity.

Meet Karen

Karen is our senior therapist, owner of Nourish, offering Yin Yoga practice with a strong knowledge in anatomy and ayurvedic practices Karen is a certified yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga since 2017.
Karen’s classes are welcoming to all beginners, bringing grounded and warm energy to her classes offering snippets of Ayurveda lifestyler and the emotional links to our muscular system enhancing your body, mind and spirit.
Karen is a strong believer in living mindfully, balancing our mind/body with the cycles of the seasons and nature.

Meet Chelsea

Chelsea is our out-going, newly qualified Pilates instructor, who has been enjoying Pilates for the past few years before making it her full time passion. She will be integrating her new business “The Pilates Club” with us her at Nourish
Chelsea aims to teach classes that focus on building core strength, stability and mobility, as well as creating an empowered mindset. She believes a healthy mind and body is the key to a well balanced life.
